Brisket Rub
Our traditional “Texas style” brisket rub constructs the perfect bark for beef, lamb, and dark poultry meat. “Texas style” refers to the black pepper and salt base with an emphasis on the black pepper. Our brisket rub takes it two boot steps further with garlic, onion, celery seed and other spices designed to coordinate with hardwood smoke from an open flame and any red meat you prefer.
