Our Rub

Black Label

This coffee rub is the product of our collaboration with Black Velvet Coffee in Mammoth Lakes, CA.  This blend contains locally roasted coffee beans, smoked salt, and coarse black pepper, making this perfect for briskets and pork butts.  

Gold Label

Our original spice blend is something we came up with to complement our Original  Sauce, and is primarily used on pork ribs. We liked the results and are confident you will too. It is blended with coarse salt and pepper to better tenderize and "flavorize" meats.  Smoked paprika adds sweetness to blend perfectly with the original barbecue sauce.
