We brew and bottle our BBQ Sauce and smoke meats daily at Rock Creek Lakes Resort in the Eastern Sierra Mountains.

smoked meat staples are brisket and pulled pork. smoked chicken thighs and Pork ribs available on Fridays and Saturdays and house made sausages available throughout the summer. Our grill also features an array of burgers and grilled sandwiches.
