Smoking meat at 10,000 feet

We brew and bottle our BBQ Sauce and smoke meats daily at Rock Creek Lakes Resort in California’s Eastern Sierra Mountains.

From May through October enjoy our Award winning smoked meats, award winning sauces and spice rubs everyday from 10:30-3

Our smoked meat staples are brisket and pulled pork. We do sometimes smoke chicken thighs, pork spare ribs, house-made sausages on random weekends throughout the summer. Our grill also features an array of burgers and grilled sandwiches so come on up, you never know what you might get!

We do tend to run out of certain items each day and we realize because of our remote location this can be an inconvenience. if thats the case please call ahead for availability!
